Return Process - Items Not Stocked-Out

I. Introduction
1. When the items have not yet been shipped out, the buyer cancels the order. The merchant can submit an interception application in the merchant-side, then it need to be reviewed in the warehouse-side.
II. Tutorial Details
Click [Orders] > [Intercept Orders]
The orders need to be intercepted can be saw in 'Pending' status. Check the orders > click [Approve] or [Reject]
Click [Approve], the orders are intercepted successfully and moved to the 'Intercepted' state;
Click [Reject], failed to intercept the orders and orders are moved to the "Intercept Failed" state.
