Warehouse Operation Process Overview
I. Warehouse Settings
1. Create Warehouse
2. Create Zone: Quality Goods Zone, Return Zone, Defective Zone, Temporary Storage Zone
① Items in the Quality Goods Zone and Return Zone can be sold
② Item in the Defective Zone and Temporary Storage Zone cannot be sold
③ Use the function of Bin Location Change to move items from a specified zone to another zone.

II. Print Settings
1. Supports custom printing templates. If not set, the default template will be used directly.
The following templates can be customized based on your needs:
Bin Location Template/Restock Order Template/Picking List(Summary) Template/Shipping Template etc.
2. Set Default Printer
3. Set Shipping Label Size(Please pay attention to whether the shipping label is misaligned, enlarged or reduced)
III. PDA Settings
1. Download PDA
Process: Click [System] - [PDA Task]

IV. Outbound Settings
1. Set Outbound Process: Click [System] - [Outbound Settings]
① Need to check again after packing
Choose: [Picking - Packing and Labeling - Shipping]
② No need to check again after packing
Choose: [Picking - Packing and Labeling]
2. Bind Picking Cart
① Using PDA to Pick - Picking waves need to be bound to picking cart
Choose:Need to Bind Picking Cart
② Using PDA to Pick - Picking waves do not need to be bound to picking cart
Choose:No need to Bind Picking Cart
V. Print Test
1. Product Barcode for testing
2. Bin Location: not restricted
3. Restock Order: restock order with the status “On the Way” can be printed for testing
4. Shipping Mark: restock order with the status “On the Way” can be printed for testing
5. Picking Cart: not restricted
VI. Inbound Settings
1. Scan to Arrive
2. Scan to Receive Restock Order
3. Scan to Stocked-In
VII. Outbound Process - Single SKU (1 QTY)
1. Generate Waves
① When generating a wave, if no picker is assigned, you need to check the picking wave in [PDA - Unassigned Tasks]
② When generating a wave, if there is a designated picker, the picker will start picking directly in [PDA - Picking Tasks]
2. PDA Picking (Choose: Single SKU (1 qty) in Picking Tasks )
3. WEB Packing - [Single SKU Picking] page
4. Scan to Stock-Out - WEB [Scan Out] page (If you choose [Picking - Packing and Labeling] in the System - Outbound Settings, you do not need to go through this process.)
VIII. Outbound Process - Single SKU (multiple qty)/ Multiple SKUs
1. Generate Waves
2. PDA Picking (Choose: Orders)
3. WEB Packing - [Order Packing] page
IX. Return and Stock-In (After the order is shipped, it is returned to the warehouse due to the buyer's refusal or delivery failure/return, etc.)
First: The Merchant - Side needs to initiate a return request
Second: Warehouse - Side
1. Scan to Receive Return Orders
Page: [Inbound] - [Stock-In (Sales Return)] - [Receive Return Orders]
2. Scan to Stock-In
Page: [Inbound] - [Stock-In (Sales Return)] - [Stock-In]
① Stocking-in at the same time of receiving
When scanning to receive the return order, click the button [Receive and Stock-In/Discard] and then the items will be stocked-in directly.
② Receiving before, Stocking-in after
After receiving, you can enter [Stock-In] page and scan to stock-in.
