(1) Click [System] > [PDA Task]
Open the browser and scan the QR code on the page to download the software.
(2) After downloading, sign in with your account and password. You can find the Service ID by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner.
(3) After signing in, you need to select the warehouse first. If you need to change it later, go to [My] and switch the warehouse.
(4) When the items arrive at the warehouse, enter [Outbound/Inbound] > click [Inbound] > [Arrive(Restock)] > scan the restock number, tracking number, or carton label number.
(5) Note: The warehouse selection is correct before the restock order can be scanned.
(6) After scanning, verify the information and quantity of items, then click [Arrive].
(7) Next, Click [Inbound] > [Receive(Restock)]
(8) You can either scan the restock number, tracking number, or carton label number directly or click [List] manually to view the restock order.
(9) After verifying the information and quantity of items, click [Receive].
(10) After receiving, click [Inbound] > [Stock-In]
(11) You can either scan the restock number, tracking number, or carton label directly or click [List] manually to view the restock order.
(12) Select the item in the restock order or scan the Merchant SKU/ Product Code of the item directly. The system will recommend a bin location. Click the bin number.
(14) You can manually adjust the quantity if needed, then click [Stock-In].
